DMCA Policy for Italian Sausage Pasta
This DMCA Policy outlines the procedures for filing a copyright infringement notification and counter-notification for content found on the Italian Sausage Pasta website. Italian Sausage Pasta respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Italian Sausage Pasta website, please notify our designated Copyright Agent as set forth in the DMCA. To file a notice, you must provide the following information in writing:
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL (i.e., web page address) of the location where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work.

Once your complete written notice is received, Italian Sausage Pasta will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the Italian Sausage Pasta website.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Italian Sausage Pasta may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under DMCA subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Italian Sausage Pasta will forward it to the complaining party. If the complaining party does not file an action seeking a court order against you within 10 business days of receiving the counter-notification, Italian Sausage Pasta may, in its sole discretion, replace or restore access to the removed material.
